In compliance with
MN Statute 626.557, the Hendricks Community Hospital
Association provides for protection for each resident/patient from possible
abuse or neglect through implementation of their
Abuse-Neglect Prevention Plan.
This facility (Hendricks Community Hospital
Association) is operated in accordance with the U.S.
Department of Agriculture policy which does not permit
discrimination because of race, color, sex, age,
handicap, or national origin. Any person who believes
that he or she has been discriminated against in any
USDA-related activity should write immediately to the
Department of Agriculture.
