Regarding Non-Discrimination

In furtherance of the philosophy of Hendricks Community Hospital Association, our nation's commitment to end discrimination, and in accordance with the provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Minnesota Unfair Discriminatory Practices Act, any other state or federal law and regulations properly issued there under to end discrimination, it is the policy of this facility that:

"No person, solely by reason of his or her race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, age, marital status, handicap, or status with regard to subjected to discrimination in admission, access to, or treatment or employment in any of its programs or activities."

The Administrator of this facility is the designated individual responsible for coordination of the program and procedures for implementation of this policy.
