Dr. Tabb McCluskey, D.O.

Dr. McCluskey joined the Hendricks Community Hospital and the Hendricks Clinic in July of 1987. He completed his medical education at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. McCluskey's interests are hunting, fishing, and athletics. Dr. McCluskey currently resides in Hendricks.
Dr. Grant Eyjolfson, M.D. - Board Certified, Family Practice
Dr. Grant Eyjolfson began his medical practice at HCHA in August, 2013. Dr. Eyjolfson is originally from Thunder Bay, Canada located in Northwestern Ontario, he completed his undergraduate education at Lakehead University, Canada and his medical degree at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Eyjolfson completed his residency at the Altru Family Practice Residency in Grand Forks, ND July 2013.
Dr. Tomasz Lis, M.D. Board Certified, Family Practice
Dr. Tomasz Lis, M.D. began his practice at HCHA in October, 2013. Dr. Lis is from Tuczempy, a small town located in southeastern Poland. Dr. Lis graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in 2001. Dr. Lis continued his education, research and volunteer work at the University of Chicago. Dr. Lis completed his residency at the Family Medicine Residency Program at Saints Mary and Elizabeth Medical Center in Chicago Sept. 2013.
Deb Browning, CNP
Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner
Deb joined the Hendricks Clinic in July, 1995, as a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her undergraduate work at Mount Marty College in Yankton, S.D. and completed her graduate studies at the University of Kentucky.
Deb currently resides in rural Hendricks.
Julie Cameron, CNP
Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
Julie Cameron grew up in western South Dakota, graduated high school in Sturgis, SD, and entered college at South Dakota State University, College of Nursing in Brookings, SD. She earned an undergraduate degree in Nursing and completed her Master’s with a Nurse Practitioner degree (CNP). Cameron has worked in the healthcare field for 28 years, 14 of those years as a CNP. She has worked part-time as a CNP for Hendricks Clinic and Ivanhoe Medical Center since 2007. She also works full-time at Sanford Women’s Health in Sioux Falls, SD.
Dr. LeRoy Mueller, M.D.
Board Certified, Family Practice, Emeritus
Dr. Mueller practiced medicine in the Hendricks area for 36 years. He completed his undergrad degree at Gustavus Adolphus in St. Peter, MN and completed his medical education at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
We note with pride and appreciation that Dr. Mueller was named Minnesota Family Physican of the Year for 2000. Dr. Mueller retired from active service in 2006.
Dr. Mueller passed away on Dec. 8, 2012 .
