Dr. Tabb McCluskey, D.O.

Board Certified, Family Practice

Dr. McCluskey joined the Hendricks Community Hospital and the Hendricks Clinic in July of 1987.

He completed his medical education at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. McCluskey's interests are hunting, fishing, and athletics. Dr. McCluskey currently resides in Hendricks.

Dr. Grant Eyjolfson, M.D.

Board Certified, Family Practice

Dr. Grant Eyjolfson began his medical practice at HCHA in August, 2013. Dr. Eyjolfson is originally from Thunder Bay, Canada located in Northwestern Ontario, he completed his undergraduate education at Lakehead University, Canada and his medical degree at St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. Dr. Eyjolfson completed his residency at the Altru Family Practice Residency in Grand Forks, ND July 2013.

Brenda Bullerman, PA
Board Certified, Physician Assistant

Brenda Bullerman, PA, began seeing patients in the Hendricks and Ivanhoe Clinics in November of 2021. She was previously practicing in Adrian, MN as a family practitioner for over 27 years, and in Sioux Falls in General Surgery/Trauma prior to that. Brenda enjoys spending time at her lake home, reading, walking, and gardening. .

Brenda currently resides in rural Hendricks.

Julie Cameron, CNP
Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Julie Cameron grew up in western South Dakota, graduated high school in Sturgis, SD, and entered college at South Dakota State University, College of Nursing in Brookings, SD. She earned an undergraduate degree in Nursing and completed her Master’s with a Nurse Practitioner degree (CNP). Cameron has worked in the healthcare field for 28 years, 14 of those years as a CNP. She has worked part-time as a CNP for Hendricks Clinic and Ivanhoe Medical Center since 2007. She also works full-time at Sanford Women’s Health in Sioux Falls, SD.

Kathy Christensen, CNP
Board Certified, Family Nurse Practitioner (CNP)

Kathy Christensen grew up locally, graduating from Lincoln HI school in Ivanhoe.  She completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing at SDSU in Brookings, SD, and then continued at SDSU to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree.  She has been working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Hendricks Clinic and Hospital since September of 2016.  She lives in rural Hendricks and enjoys golfing, volleyball, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Dr. LeRoy Mueller, M.D.
Board Certified, Family Practice, Emeritus

Dr. Mueller practiced medicine in the Hendricks area for 36 years. He completed his undergrad degree at Gustavus Adolphus in St. Peter, MN and completed his medical education at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

 

We note with pride and appreciation that Dr. Mueller was named Minnesota Family Physican of the Year for 2000. Dr. Mueller retired from active service in 2006.

 

Dr. Mueller passed away on Dec. 8, 2012 .
