Begins accruing immediately, available to use after 3 months of employment.
First 3 years of employment: accrue 176 hours per year
Years 4 - 14 of employment: accrue 212 hours per year
Years 15+ of employment: accrue 252 hours per year
Part Time Employees (20+ hours)
Begins accruing immediately, available to use after 3 months of employment.
Up to 6,240 hours worked: accrue 0.05769 hours each hour worked
6,241 - 29,120 hours worked: accrue 0.07519 hours each hour worked
29,120+ hours worked: accrue 0.09442 hours each hour worked
ELB
Full / Part Time Employees
Begins accruing immediately, available to use after 3 months of employment.
Accumulates at a rate of 0.0269 hours per paid hour. Accrue up to 480 hours to be used for qualifying absences.
