Home Health services are provided by the Hendricks Community Hospital Home Care, a state licensed class A home care agency. The office of this home care agency is located on the campus of Hendricks Community Hospital at 503 E Lincoln Street, Hendricks, MN.

The staff of the home care agency is available to provide the tenants of Lincoln Lane Villa with assistance in activities of daily living (ADL’s). Home health aides provide services to include assistance with bathing, grooming and dressing, and medication reminders.

​

Registered Nurses are available on campus or on-call 24 hours a day. Hendricks Community Hospital Home Care’s professional staff provides nursing assessments to establish an individualized plan of care including medication management, skilled nurse visits, nurse oversight and supervision of the home health aide staff. This professional staff also coordinates with health care providers and the pharmacy of choice as needed.
