Grievance Policy and Procedure
Any complaint or grievance related to "Patient's Bill of Right," or any other rights, may be reported for consideration and correction. We ask that you direct such complaints to either of the following: Nursing Administrator or Social Services Director.

In addition to the above named patient representatives, the administrator is available to receive and act upon complaints and/or grievances.

If your problem or complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file your complaint in writing or by calling the following:
