HOME CARE AND HOSPICE
Home Care
Often the best place to recover following a surgical procedure, injury or illness is in the comfort of your very own home. Hendricks Community Hospital Home Care provides high quality care individualized to meet each person’s needs by trained staff coming right to your door. The care you or your loved one receives is ordered by your medical provider and coordinated with a member of the home care team along with the patient to ensure all needs are met and a safe transition back home is made. Hendricks Home Care also provides services to individuals that need ongoing assistance with personal cares and housekeeping in their home to support independent living.
Hospice
If you or a loved one have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have decided not to pursue further curative treatments, hospice can be there to provide comfort, care, and support to you and your loved ones.
